This contract is a mutual agreement between the tutor and the client. It could be verbal or most recommended as written form. This contract is all about the ‘readiness’ and ‘willingness’ of the adult learner to be tutored by you.
The basic issue that will be tackled gets highlighted. Promises from both sides will be given that all possible resources needed to solve a ‘Defined’ problem will be exerted within an agreed upon time span, budget, and level of effort. A general awareness will be announced that the learner is having trouble with a particular problem and is about to excel in a set of particular skills with the help and information you are about to offer, in order to solve the problem.
