Used to measure a person’s leadership style by allowing participants to describe a coworker with whom they had difficulty completing a job with - not necessarily someone they dislike, but someone with whom you least like to work with. After they choose this person, the test's LPC (Least Preferred Co-worker) instrument asks them to describe their coworker using sets of adjectives.
Test time: 10-15 minutes
