How do I customize my presentation?
You simply open your presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint and make all the necessary edits or customizations you desire. There is a space included for you to enter your name or business. You can also add a logo in the header or footer of the presentation by manually clicking on them and saving any changes.
Why is the Agenda slide blank in my presentation ?
It's intentionally left blank for you to customize it every time you use this presentation for a new training session. All you need to do is to customize the pages, then you can freely add or remove slides as you please (the default is 6 pages), then add the sections you plan to teach per day and the time scheduled.
I accidentally erased some parts of my presentations and forgot to save a backup copy - what do i do?

These are ready-made and tested management tools or documents describing each step required to run a professional training event. These cover planning for training events, executing training events, and monitoring and controlling training events. Can I use your processes alongside external advertising processes, or do they only work separately?
Our processes should work alongside yours. Any standard process should do the same. In the case where you need to customize or re-brand your purchased processes, we can send to you a customizable version.
Are the templates required in the process offered together as a bundle?
Unfortunately not. We are offering the templates separately because we want you to buy just what you need. However, after we received a suggestion from a trainer to bundle each process with all the templates involved, we now offer them at a discounted price.

How many exercises are included?
Each presentation training material contains as mix of 5 games and personality tests. However, your presentation is flexible enough for you to add on more games, icebreakers, personality tests and self help positive affirmations that we offer.
Is a well-defined training schedule included?
We provide an agenda and pacing guidelines with every course. In addition, the trainer script has specific instructions on what to cover at every point in the course so you will know exactly how to progress forward during course delivery. For each course, we provide general guidelines on running the course. We provide a series of guidelines on how to deliver high-impact courses using the latest established training methodologies.
In addition, each course contains an agenda, instructions on any pre-course assignments and also the preferred pacing. The package also includes the trainer’s script with detailed notes on what to say at each point during the course and as you go through the slides. It provides assistance with stories, exercises, quizzes and thought-provoking questions to engage your audience. The package also contains a recommended reading list which is useful for both the trainer and students.
Do I have to study additional material in order to teach the course?
Unfortunately we do not. We understand your time constraints when running a business. The workbook is written much like a book and we recommend that you read the workbook first to familiarize yourself with the content. You can then move on to the trainer’s notes and learn more about what to cover and how to cover it at each stage.
